2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pursuant to finding that the alleged detenu is at Bangkok and the further action on the complaint regarding missing of petitioner's husband has been closed and RCS notice has been served on the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
