JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the order dated 01.03.2022 passed by the learned Judge in A.No.3625 of 2021 in C.S.No.6 of 2020, the appellant has preferred the present Original Side Appeal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal, with liberty to the appellant to file an application for payment out before the learned Judge in C.S.No.6 of 2020. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, liberty is granted and this Original Side Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
