[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed to call for the records in the order bearing No.Na.Ka.A2/3839/2017 dated 10.07.2017 passed by the respondent, quash the same and directing the respondent to issue a Kurumans (Scheduled Tribe) Community Certificate to the petitioner.

2. Petitioner seeks community Certificate and the same is presently stands issued as prayed for by the petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner received said Community Certificate and he has also made an endorsement to such effect.
