(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 17.11.2025 in C.O.S.No.17 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram.

There is no valid reason assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition and hence we are not inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file the certified copy of the impugned judgment.
