The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.01.2024 registered for the offences under Sections 454, 354(c) of I.P.C and 66(E) of IT Act in Crime No.27 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.
2. It is stated that the petitioner is a Dentist and the owner of the property where the defacto complainant is a tenant. It is stated that the defacto complainant found a Pen Camera in the bed room and the petitioner had recorded videos of the defacto complainant. The videos have been sent for further examination. It is further stated that the investigation is in crucial stage.
3. In view of the fact that the investigation is in a crucial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
