Mr.M.Thirumoorthy, learned representing counsel for the third respondent submits that in Na.Ka.No.278/2012/A dated 04.04.2012, an enquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 was ordered, which is under challenge. The enquiry report was filed to the effect that no further action was necessary, and the said file was closed. He further submits that nothing survives in the writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Sangamithirai, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 is present.

4. Recording the above said details, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
