ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register F.I.R. against Tmt.Esthar Anitha, Kamaraj, husband of Esthar Anitha, John Britto and Dr.Anthony, brothers of Esthar Anitha and Jeniffer, servant of Esthar Anitha for the offences of criminal breach of trust, cheating, threatening the petitioner and his son with dire consequences etc., based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 02.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the complaint dated 02.06.2016 has been sent by post to the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, Coimbatore along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 02.06.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the Deputy Commissioner of police, Central Crime Branch, Coimbatore is directed to assign the same to competent Inspector of Police for enquiry and investigation and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
