Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we do not find any reason to hold that the respondent had issued the proceedings dated 30.07.2014 in willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 19.06.2014 in W.P.No.4805 of 2014.

3.It is also noted that the petitioner has challenged the proceedings of the respondent dated 30.07.2014 by way of filing Writ Petition viz., W.P.No.2685 of 2015. In such circumstances, we are of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in the contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
