O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 23.07.2014.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that though notional promotion was already granted to the writ petitioner, the same was not granted from the date on which his immediate junior was promoted and therefore, the writ petitioner is loosing certain mandatory benefits on par with his juniors. In this regard, the writ petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent on 23.07.2014 and the same is yet to be considered. 3.Thus, without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 23.07.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
