Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent relating to award in I.A.No.317 of 2011 in I.D.No.220 of 2007 dated 12.12.2012 and quash the same.

ORDER

The order dated passed by the first respondent in I.A.No.317 of 2011 in I.D.No.220 of 2007 dated 12.12.2012 is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.The learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent/employee reported before this Court that they have arrived at a compromise and accordingly the writ petitioner/ management agreed to settle the same at an amount of Rs.7,50,000/- towards full and final settlement in respect of the claims including the claim in the award. The amount of Rs.7,50,000/- is a full quit and therefore the second respondent cannot claim any other benefit. The learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that an amount of Rs.7,50,000/- will be settled on or before 15.01.2020.

3.The amount due to the second respondent/employee is the salary for a period from 2004 to 2019 and also the gratuity. Therefore, the second respondent is entitled to submit an application for tax relief under the relevant provisions. 4.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
