2. The learned Senior Standing Counsel submitted that the order and direction issued by this Court has been complied much earlier. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed. However, the issue as to whether the petitioner had received the order which is said to have been communicated, is left open, since the respondent do not have any postal acknowledgment having proof to show that the order dated 12.08.2015 has been dispatched on 25.08.2015.
