Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2018 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court and pass such further orders. 1/4

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2018.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 28.07.2018 to respondents 1 and 2 to take suitable action against the fourth respondent and the officials of the third respondent who colluded together and fabricated the Registry in the third respondent's office. But no action has been taken so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. A counter affidavit was filed on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 dated 16.07.2019.

4. Learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that the fourth respondent passed away on 28.02.2024.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

6. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2018, after giving due notice to both parties, opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as rival claimants/interested parties if any, to take into consideration the documents filed by the parties and pass appropriate orders on merits, in accordance with law thereby following the above principles of natural justice within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the result, the writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
