Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
respondent had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 28.3.2014, in W.P.No.9200 of 2014, has been complied with.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
4. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed.
