This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in O.S.No.218 of 2007 dated 26.03.2018 on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. This Civil Revision Petition was listed "for admission" on 30.05.2018 and this matter was posted after vacation. Even then, the learned counsel for the petitioners did not take any steps to list the matter "for admission". Ultimately, it is listed today "for admission".

3. Thus, this Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past 3 years without even ordering notice for admission. It shows that the petitioners have no interest to proceed with the matter and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition after 3 years.
