No.137/2016 by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, confirming the judgment and orders dated 02.12.2016 passed in C.C. No.735/2015 by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur.

JUDGMENT

Mr. M. Subash, learned counsel for the appellant/defacto complainant sought permission of this court to withdraw the present Criminal appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent filed a certified copy of the Compromise Memo filed in O.S. No.166/2017 before the II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur, and contended that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
