Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to implement the order of the first respondent/Revision Authority in the petitioner as Accountant with effect from 01.01.2018 and pay the salary as per the Registrar Proceedings No.93630/2015 Va Aa1(2) No.14/2018 (Na.Ka.No.7646/2018/PACS1) dated 08.11.2018 by fixing the 1/4

revised pay scale together with arrears of salary for period from 01.07.2017 to till the date and thereafter eligible annual increment to the petitioner by considering the petitioner representation dated 27.12.2023. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second and third respondents to implement the order of the first respondent/Revision Authority in Na.Ka.No.8499/2017/Sa.Pa, dated 06.09.2018 in letter and spirit and promote the petitioner as Accountant with effect from 01.01.2018 and pay the salary as per the Registrar Proceedings No.93630/2015 Va Aa1(2) No.14/2018 (Na.Ka.No.7646/2018/PACS1) dated 08.11.2018 by fixing the revised pay scale together with arrears of salary for the period from 01.07.2017 to till the date and thereafter eligible annual increment to the petitioner by considering the petitioner representation dated 27.12.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2023, in view of the order passed by the first respondent dated 06.09.2018 in Na.Ka.No.8499/ 2017/ Sa Pa, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
