ORDER
This Court, by an order dated 16.02.2015 made in W.P.No.168 of 2015, directed the first respondent herein to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.08.2014 on merits within a period of three months. Since the said order has not been complied https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with by the first respondent herein within the stipulated time, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has already complied with the order of this Court in W.P.No.168 of 2015 dated 16.02.2015. The learned counsel has produced a copy of the order dated 03.05.2016 issued in compliance of the direction issued by this Court.
3. In view of the order dated 03.05.2016, the contempt petition is closed.
