3.Sub Application(OS) No.383 of 2023 has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner in contempt petition D.No.29265 of 2023.

4.In view of the order that is going to be passed, this Court is of the view that the sub applications need not be entertained and hence, the sub applications are closed.

5.In larger interest, this Court issued certain directions in the order dated 29.10.2021 made in W.P.No.9229 of 2021. The petitioner herein is not a party in the writ petition, however, has filed the contempt petition citing some strange incidents. 6.In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed at the DR stage itself. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file writ petition in respect of a particular cause of action or incident in the manner known to law.
