O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.611 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.611 of 2017 on 20.12.2017 for the offences under Section 424, 147, 148, 447, 427, 324 and 379 IPC against the four named acused. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.611 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no any legal impediment.
