ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the proposal of the 3rd respondent dated 27.01.2015 with regard to the conversion of land uses of the petitioners land in S.F.No 236/1A2 and 236/1B, from Industrial Zone to Institution Zone.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the proposal sent by the third respondent dated 27.01.2015 with regard to the conversion of land uses of the petitioner's land in S.F.No.236/1A2 and 236/1B from Industrial Zone to Institution Zone, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already passed any order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
