At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 28.3.2014, in W.P.No.9201 of 2014, had been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with. In support of the said contention, the

learned Government Advocate for the respondent had placed before this Court the proceedings of the respondent, dated 19.2.2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had not refuted the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the contempt petition stands closed.
