This petition has been filed by the petitioners to restore the Civil Revision Petition which was dismissed for default on 14.10.2020 in C.R.P.(NPD).No.637 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents have serious objection for allowing this petition.

4.It is submitted by both the learned counsels this matter could be settled before mediation.

5.In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsels, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The parties are directed to appear before the mediation centre.
