ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120 B, 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.53 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused in online share trading case, now been absconding and they did not cooperate with the investigation. The respondent police has completed the investigation and filed final report.

3. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail taking note of the conduct of the petitioners and the nature of the crime. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
