O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Respondents not to harass the petitioner without due process of law at the instance of any false and frivolous complaint in respect of practice of allopathy medicine as community health care provider (CHP) while implementing Tamil Nadu Clinical Establishment (Regulations) Rules 2018. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents Police would submit that no case is pending against the petitioner as on date.

3.It is made clear that since there is no complaint against the petitioner, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
