ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 174(3) of IPC in Crime No.97 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners are in-laws of the deceased Kanimozhi, who committed suicide, since she has been neglected by her husband and in-laws. From the investigation it appears that the day before the incident the deceased was compelled to leave the matrimonial home along with her children. This has forced the deceased to commit suicide and these petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and absconding.

3. Considering the fact that unless and until these petitioners are secured, investigation cannot be completed and since the incident has happened in the house, where these petitioners were residing, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to these petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
