ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose petitioner representation dated 9.7.2020 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner to the land to the extent of 1 acre situated in Survey No.400/2 in Villupuram Taluk.
2.Mr.G.Rajesh learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondent and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 28.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the respondent/Tahsildar.
3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.
4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
