ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 15.06.2020 for the offence under Sections 341, 364, 380, 302, 201 of IPC in Cr.No.442 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused had kidnapped and murdered the defacto complainant's husband for ransom.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet in this case has been filed and it is posted for committal and vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
