The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.7 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent, for the offences under Sections 380, 421 & 408 of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that FIR in Crime No.7 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and as per the final report the name of the petitioner was deleted. He further submitted that as on date no case is pending against him.
