This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 20.01.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.3653 of 2018. 1/3

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur on 25.11.2023 in e filing number.LTN 20220002700 C 202300001. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) further submitted that the Court below is yet to take the final report on file.

3.In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur to act upon the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
