The instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the District Revenue Officer, Ariyalur to dispose of the Appeal No.10109/2013 dated 20.09.2013 filed by the petitioners herein challenging the order passed the Revenue Divisional Officer, Uddyarpalayam, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/482/2012 dated 03.09.2013.

2.The learned counsel for the second respondent, the private party submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer has already heard the revision under Section 13 of the Patta Pass Book Act, 1983 and has been passed orders dated 28.07.2015. 3. In view of the matter, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
