ORDER

The contempt petition on hand has been filed praying to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 09.11.2022 made in W.P.No.35083 of 2019.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted a copy of the order passed by the first respondent in letter dated 23.06.2023 in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 09.11.2022. Thus, the order of this Court has been complied and no further adjudication is required.
