When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court by permitting the petitioner to participate in the tender and however, rejected the bids submitted by the petitioner by order date Nil/03/2017.
2.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
