ORDER

The above contempt petition has been filed for willful disobedience of the order and direction passed in Crl.OP.No.8734/2014 dated 11.06.2014.

2.Mrs.M.F.Shabana, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that the petitioner herself had appeared https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ before the respondent police on 07-10-2014 and given a

statement stating that she does not wish to proceed with the criminal complaint since the divorce proceedings are pending.

3.The said submission is placed on record and the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner has any other further grievance, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the respondent police in accordance with law.
