These matters are listed today, under the caption " for extension of time".

2. This Court, by order dated 03.04.2023, had disposed of the Civil Revision Petitions in CRP Nos.839 and 840 of 2023, by directing the Principal District Judge, Namakkal to dispose of the O.S.Nos.176 of 2010 and 138 of 2016, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Earlier, this Court by an order dated 21.11.2023, granted two months time based on the letter dated 07.09.2023 sent by the I Additional District Judge, Namakkal.

4. Once again, now, the I Additional District Judge, Namakkal, has addressed a letter dated 16.02.2024 to the Registry seeking further extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter. 5.Now, this Court perused the letter dated 16.02.2024 sent by the learned I Additional District Judge, Namakkal, and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said O.S.Nos.176 of 2010 and 138 of 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

mpa 2016, within the time stipulated by this Court by order dated 21.11.2023. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of three months to the learned I Additional District Judge, Namakkal, to dispose of the O.S.Nos.176 of 2010 and 138 of 2016, from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
