ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to intimate contempt proceedings against the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19702 of 2015 dated 24/08/2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.C.Ramesh, Inspector of Police (Law and Order), https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Nellangarai Police Station, Chennai, is present before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in Cr.No.996 of 2015 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.1083 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the contempt petition is closed.
