Mr.S.Shanmuga Velayutham, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the co-accused in Crime No.82 of 2019 has been granted Anticipatory Bail in Crl.O.P.No. 5860 of 2019 on 27.04.2019.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor stated that the 41 A notice has been issued to the accused. The accused may be directed to Co-operate for the investigation.

3. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the http://www.judis.nic.in
