This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.07/2021 on the file of All Women Police Station, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.07 of 2021 for the offence under Section 498 (A), 323, 494, 506 (2) of IPC and 3 & 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harrasment of Women Act, 2002 is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of four months.
