ORDER

This contempt application is filed against the order dated 29.08.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.29948 of 2016. When the contempt petition was listed on http://www.judis.nic.in

S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J dh/jer 31.07.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Again it is listed today i.e., 01.08.2017 under the caption "for dismissal" and none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents contended that the order of this Court have already been complied with by the respondents by issuing order in Na.Ka.No.2468/2016/A3 dated 31.10.2016.

In view of the representation made and that the order of this Court is already complied with, no further consideration is required. Accordingly, contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
