This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to the Writ Petition based on the petitioner's representations dated 22.09.2025 and 30.10.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that she is the absolute owner of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition and she is in possession of the same. Along with the representations dated 22.09.2025 and 30.10.2025, the petitioner had also submitted documents in support of her request for issuance of patta in her name. Since the representations have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, Learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the

supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any and any other third party whom the 4th respondent deem it fit, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 22.09.2025 and 30.10.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any and any other third party within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
