JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by V.DHANAPALAN, J.) This appeal was listed for admission on 23.12.2014 before a Single Judge. As there was no appearance for the appellant, the matter was directed to be posted after vacation before the Division Bench. Accordingly, the matter was listed on 23.01.2015 before this Bench and the learned counsel for the appellant requested time to amend the relief prayed for in the appeal and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted after two weeks. Thereafter, on 12.02.2015, for compliance of the order dated 23.01.2015, learned counsel for the appellant requested further time and accordingly, the matter was adjourned and ordered to be listed after two weeks. On 20.03.2015, when the matter was posted, it was directed to be listed on 23.03.2015 at the end of motion cases.
When the matter was called on 23.03.2015, learned counsel for the appellant was absent and therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted for dismissal the week next.
