Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of 1st respondent in F.NO./TNOU/LRC/Regn/SSSD/2017 dated 31.07.17 and quash the same and consequentially direct the 1st respondent to recognize the petitioner Learning resource center and to run the distance education center as earlier.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 31.07.2017 and to direct the 1st respondent to recognize the petitioner's Learning resource center and to run the distance education center.

2.Pointing out certain anomalies in the inspection report, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that based on the said inspection report, the order dated 31.07.2017, which is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

impugned in this writ petition, came to be passed by the first respondent, rejecting the renewal application of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the respondents are directed to conduct inspection afresh and thereafter, consider the renewal application of the petitioner, after it is found that the petitioner has complied with all the requirements, for which, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, by setting aside the impugned order, directs the respondents to conduct an inspection afresh within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, pass appropriate orders, on merits and as per law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks.
