ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to treat the petitioner's candidature under (GT - Ex - Servicemen) General Turn - Ex- Servicemen Category and consequently, to revise the ranking list in (GT - EX - Servicemen) General Turn - Ex- Servicemen category and place the petitioner at the appropriate rank on the basis of the marks scored in the X Standard examination.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today at the admission stage itself.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2026 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
