ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent police to conduct proper investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.230 of 2017. 2.Mr.Ranganathan, Sub Inspector of Police was present at the time of hearing.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and a final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur in F.R.No.324 of 2019. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the final report has not been taken cognizance by the Court below.
