This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to delete the name of the petitioner/first respondent herein since the first respondent will not be examining the representation given by the writ petitioner.

2.In view of that particular fact, the first respondent stands deleted. But, however, let the seriatim of the respondents remain since a mandamus has been issued to the second respondent, the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Krishnagiri Region, Krishnagiri District.

3.Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
