ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.12.2012 to any Independent Enquiry officer and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to provide necessary police protection.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the enquiry itself was over and therefore the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
