O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation on 23.3.2015 to the respondents stating that though his house and land were taken from him for the purpose of construction of Central Prison, Puzhal, he has not been given a separate land. The said grievance has been made by the petitioner on the ground that despite the proceedings of the Revenue Inspector in Uu.Mu.No.482/2008, dated 3.11.2008, no further steps have been taken by the respondents towards allotment of land to the petitioner by issuing patta. Seeking disposal of the said representation, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the fact that the representation made by the petitioner is pending for consideration before the 2nd respondent, without going into the merits of the same, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 23.3.2015 made by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
