ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction seeking police protection on considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2012, on the strength of the order dated 01.11.2012 passed in I.A.No.541 of 2012 in I.A.No.721 of 2010 in O.S.No.231 of 2010 Principal District Munsiff Court, Poonamallee. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now no petition is pending on the file of the second respondent to consider the same.

Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the direction sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge fresh compliant on fresh cause of action.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
