ORDER
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submit that in terms of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.38676 of 2015 dated
09.12.2015, the respondents have passed an order dated 04.04.2017 and forwarded the same to the petitioner by registered post.
2. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that his client is yet to receive the same.
3. Therefore, there will be a direction to the respondents-contemnors to communicate one more of the order dated 04.04.2017 to the petitioner by registered post, within a period of one week from today, so as to enable the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
4. With the above observations and directions, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
