] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 290 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the conviction and sentence dated 15.03.2023 in Spl.S.C.No.88 of 2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruppur.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
