This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2016 against Muthulakshmi, W/o.G.Durai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 15.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
